So I'm at aloss

So my ol lady has a 2024 Honda civic. She's has about 20k on it. The turn signal went out and now the whole ligh assembly is dark. And it says only a dealer can fix it....which i don't believe. But auto zone and stuff has no part lost for it. Rock auto does. Is this normal? Is it just a screw pop bulb and swap for a new one? Or is it legit a whole assembly? Manual shows how to replace all the rear type lights but anything in front it just days "see authorized dealer" Any advice?
