People who live in a building with door-men/staff and who pay an HOA fee, do you give a gift/bonus to staff around these holidays?

I'm curious as this is my first time in a building. I know them and they know me. But I pay upwards of $3k/month in HOA fees that cover their salaries. Anyone else? Do you give a little gift of some kind? (money, what amount?)
