Advice needed: applied as an offshore instead of an onshore for 190 visa

I have lived in Australia, Melbourne for the past 5 years. Went to visit my family overseas for a month and in the meantime was gathering documents for the application. I applied through an immigration agent. And while overseas provided all the documents and paid the visa fee. Now I did not know and was not informed by the agent that that would mean that I applied offshore. Have we waited for a few more weeks, I would have been back in Melbourne and considered an onshore applicant. For all other things like different exams, medical examination , EOI, visa nomination I was in Melbourne.

I’m in a pickle as my current visa expires in January 2025. I work here, have a husband here and recently gave birth to baby. Since I’m an offshore applicant, I can’t get a bridging visa.

What are the chances of me getting 190 granted before January 2025? What do I do if I don’t get it by then?

I applied as a programmer analyst with 95 points in January 2024
