Trouble moving large mod into module folder

First large mod I've downloaded is the realm of thrones. Now I'm trying to move it from downloads folder to the modules folder but has been stuck at 0% complete. I've tried restarting my computer and that didn't work. Tried deleting and re-downloading as well. So I'm not sure what to do.
