Lethal pursuer should give haste during the initial aura reading

Unless I'm playing Blight or just so happen to spawn decently close to the survivors it feels like every time the match starts I get the info right away, but can I do anything about it in a quick amount of time? Nah. Just 9 seconds of seeing people out of my reach. They probably already positioned themselves to the nearest tile by the time I hike over to them.
