Tips on defeating Shub Niggurath?

I’m a very casual gamer... but I do enjoy the South Park games a lot. I have got to the Shub Niggurath battle but whatever combination I try eventually everyone dies. Is there a way to skip this battle as I don’t seem to be able to do anything else in the police station or change to other sub missions? Thank youuuu
