(18F) I feel like every time I scroll through social media, I see a new “holy grail” hair growth remedy—only to see another post saying it’s actually terrible for your hair. One minute, rosemary oil is the secret to Rapunzel hair, and the next, people say it clogs follicles. Some swear by biotin, others say it does nothing. Rice water? Castor oil? Scalp massages? minoxidil and Derma rolling? At this point, I don’t know what’s real and what’s just hype.
