Filing taxes as a former international student who passes substantial presence test ?

Went to undergrad and grad school in the USA, and have now moved back to my home country. I need to file my taxes for this year, so went to use sprint tax, but it has told me that I now qualify to file as a resident due to the amount of time I have spent in the US. Was already confused about how to correctly file my taxes (I worked and received a scholarship and fellowship stipend) this year, but now I am even more lost as it seems like I am no longer meant to file as an NRA? Can anyone point me in the direction of resources pertaining to this or if you have had this experience give me a quick explanation of if I am now just able to use a service like turbo tax to file like my American friends do?
