Becoming a ACE at little Caesar’s HELP!😭

My manager randomly told me I was going to become a ACE but I didn’t know what that was and they gave a few pages I have to read. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THEY HIRE UPS LOOK FOR WHEN THEY COME IN TO WATCH U?? Someone plz help me they come in tmr when I work😭
