Parents are selling childhood home because Dad are thinking about retiring soon

The title is pretty much it, my parents are thinking about selling the home we have known for 20+ years and I'm feeling very sad and depressed about it. I know we'll be fine in the long term, but right now I'm sad that we're losing the home we lived in through most of my life
