I Need great Shoegaze songs by artists with less than 100 monthly listeners

I am creating a Spotify playlist only featuring Shoegaze songs made by artists that are currently sitting at 100 monthly listeners or below. Do you have any suggestions?

I don't link the playlist because I am not 100% sure if that would be against the rules.
