Good games for frequent travel?

Hello! I have a ton of work and personal travel coming up (but mostly work) and I need a game to play on airplanes/in airports, or one long drive. I feel like I need to be able to easily pick it up and put it down (so probably not games with big cutscenes or where the battles are very involved).

I was thinking maybe Tears of the Kingdom? But I don't know if that's one I'll be able to easily pick up and put down. I like games with exploration and some creative elements, but I don't think Stardew or Animal Crossing-type games are what I have in mind.
