Noragami: Stray Stories Volume 03

So, I recently decided to check up on Noragami Shuuishu and found out that vol3 exists and has been published along vol24 of the main manga (the same as vol2 with vol20). Naturally, I wanted to know more but the only site that even barely mentions it is Wiki and just lists chapter names. I started searching for possible scans or raws but again, the only pictures on the internet seemingly come from the Wiki article, and that's just the cover and maybe a page or two.

At first I thought perhaps it's because vol24 hasn't been released in english, but it has and for over 8 months now. Reddit also seems to have absolutely no posts or dicussions about it.

Any ideas about why this is?
