So confused

I’ve been getting ovarian cysts constantly for the past year and my doctors highly suspect endo as well. However, these issues only started this past year. I’m in Visanne for the suspected endo, but I’m still getting cysts. They’re simple cysts, from 2-4 cm usually. They aren’t chocolate cysts, but ever since I started getting them my periods got super painful randomly and I developed chronic pelvic pain. My ovary pain is getting worse and I have cysts again, I don’t know why they’re so painful if they aren’t that big or complex. I feel them constantly! Walking, sitting, all day everyday I feel stabbing pain in my ovaries. Is this normal for cysts? Or could the endo be doing this? There’s no endo on my ovaries, suspected to have it in my peritoneum. I also have PCOS but have been told it doesn’t cause pain and I know that PCOS is different than regular cysts. It’s been a year of this hell and I have no idea why my ovaries hurt so badly all the time. They also stick out, if I touch them I can feel them bulging, I’m really worried because I can’t function with the pain even though I’m on a progestin pill that stopped my period.
