To sell or hold

Hi everyone. 23yo with approx 30k in my TFSA investments. This is my nest egg meaning all my money at the moment. The market keeps dropping amidst all the uncertainty going on a news of a potential recession coming, should I sell or hold my portfolio?

Really stressing. Any advice would be appreciated.
