6 month update: fat transfer to the breasts

6 months post op fat transfer to the breasts. I’ll try to make this post as detailed as possible. I went to Dr. Bednar in Charlotte NC and I had 2 rounds total, 4 months apart. In the first round, he got 700cc in each side and the second round he got 530cc in each side. I went from a 32C to a 32H/I. It was $12,800 for round 1 and $9,800 for round 2. As for aftercare, I had to wear a compression garment for 3 months and get weekly lymphatic massages for 3 months as well. I avoided alcohol and swimming for 1 month (though he recommends to avoid for 3) and vigorous exercise for 2 months. I’m 6’0” and 160 pounds. I also had a breast lift in 2019, so that’s what the scarring around my nipples is from.

I don’t think updating at 9 months post op will be necessary, but I’m happy to update at 1 year post op. Overall I’m very happy with my results. He also added some fat to my hip dips as well for free.
