How is everyone affording these surgeries?

I’m pretty ugly and i want to be able to fix the things that are making me this way at some point but I’m so depressed and scared of the possibility that i wont be able to afford this until decades later and then it won’t even matter anymore because I’ll be about gone… not to be morbid lol. But does anyone have any tips on saving? Anything that helped them hit their goal? I’ll accept any advice
