Delusions of grandeur..

I’m a little into the 6th season. Sonja is in the Hamptons preparing for this burlesque event and made a comment about how- ‘it’s nice to have hot water in the house because it’s too expensive at home.” Excuse me, what? What in the fuck is going on here. She’s got interns sleeping at her house on the couch, etc. She’s still waiting on a settlement from her husband, which seems like it’s never coming. She said she has “24 million” in the bank, but with the condition of that house, I find it hard to believe. Even if you are cheap, nobody wants to live in squalor. It seems like she’s trying to hold on to a thread of her old life and doesn’t realize it’s never coming back.
