Barbie Order Cancelled

Hello fellow Stanley lovers!

I've never ordered from the Stanley website before until today (I've bought from target previously) but placed an order for some of the barbie cups today. My order was cancelled right away over and over so I called customer service and they said it was marked as "fraudulent" and they didn't know why either but they would speak to someone in that specific department and see if they can get a solution in about 3 days. The customer service was super nice and apologetic but I'm so lost and sad because I know all of the items will sell out. They had me try to place an order with 2 cups instead to see if it'll go through and that cancelled too (instantly!). I placed literally 10 orders over and over and placed orders on the phone with customer service so they could see what was going on to see if the orders would cancel.

I already reached out to my bank & my bank said everything was fine with my account and Stanley explained sometimes it may be an issue if there's too many cups ordered by a person but that shouldn't be an issue because it's my first time ordering. I told them I can try with my second email and that didn't work out either, my order was also cancelled.

Has anyone had a similar issue before? I'm so lost and sad. For reference, my order was for 4 of the big quenchers (the Barbie ones that dropped today). They were supposed to be gifts for my child's school teachers. All of the parents and I are going to buy different Stanley cups as gifts pre-holidays. I waited all morning for the drop :/ I was so excited because I got a confirmation email like a minute after my first order and then it all went downhill, since the first order got cancelled and I tried again, etc.
