Do you prefer controlling when a magic horse changes coats or not?

Following up after another post talking about magic horses (rotation), this question popped up in my head.

A few years back most of us might remember how pressing a hotkey for the magic horses to change coats wasn't an option; you'd have to go to 'secluded' areas (areas with no NPCs or a lot of players) or their areas (e.g. Galloper's Keep, for the Halloween horses) in order to have them change. Now, you can switch between coats with just one click, so I got curious: what do you guys prefer? Being able to change their coats yourself or not?

Personally, I don't know how to feel. I like changing them myself as sometimes I might wanna look at one coat rather than the other, but at the same time it feels... Strange, being able to do that. I mean the whole point of magic horses was that they were coming to Jorvik 'undercover' and would reveal themselves only if they really trusted you, and I liked that. It made them actually feel magical and more special, gave them more autonomy which automatically made them cooler in my eyes, so I'm saddened that they removed that feature of theirs.
