Please Help

As you can see when I make a new spell caster or alien sim there is no face?! Does anyone know what’s causing this and how I can fix it? I was deleting WW and WW content could I maybe have deleted something for this to happen? This doesn’t happen to the other occoults. Please help if you can 😸😿
