Complete silence studying

Do yalll know any like any places that’s complete silence? No side talking, NO CALLING, no giggling, places to study? Because where ever I am I always hear ppl on other tables talk nonstop or giggle non stop and it’s so annoying. I cannot these days maybe bc I get annoyed easily but does this annoy y’all too? Or just idk honestly
