Going from lower volume to 24 hour high volume

I’ve been offered to become Pic at higher tier 24 hour store…I’m a little hesitant but I need a change. Not too sure of the store situation. I have worked there overnights and does need to be cleaned up. The delete list is like 4 pages front and back one example. There’s a good store manager, I do have an rxom. I consider this due to higher wage potentially and also my store has been closed on weekends and hate my schedule of being there Every day. I don’t have a staff pharmacist anymore. I don’t mind working weekends. My DM is also moving to that district and would follow them anywhere. Any tips/advice on negotiating salary raise? Just want it to be my worthwhile
