Processing COVID test in IC+ triggers a phone call/text message to the patient when the COVID test is in 'ready' status.... anyone else???
As of 12/17, we had to process all our COVID tests into IntercomPlus. However it seems when the COVID test is put into ready status, it will trigger a phone call/text message to the patient that they have a prescription ready for pick up. The patient will call confused and ask why they have a Rx ready for a COVID test when they were just in the pharmacy drive-thru getting tested approx an hour or two ago
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
