Pens won’t click

Is anyone else having this problem? I press the pen all the way down and it doesn’t click. I start to pull it away and then it clicks. I can’t tell if I got any of the dose, so I’m potentially skipping and wasting shots. I’ve already complained to the manufacturer about three other wasted shots.

Does this look like a full 1mg dose? None of it dripped on me.
