Blood clots of combo pill? (10 weeks postpartum)

I’m 10 weeks PP and I took bromocriptine to dry my milk supply after recurring mastitis. I started spotting soon after, which I figured was likely due to the drop in prolactin and increase in estrogen. I asked to get back on Yaz for my PMDD which I’ve had great success with in the past. I’ve been bleeding for days, increasing in intensity but still not a crazy amount. I’d say maybe like a day 3 period? No clots.

But now I just passed a dime sized clot for the first time. What do you think is going on?? I have my OB follow up this Friday on an unrelated matter, so I will definitely mention it.
