Bad Addictions

Anybody have any bad addictions they know they should stop but can’t? Like eating a food that is bad for you, or doing a hobby that makes you crash? Even stuff like having high libido? It’s obviously hard with this condition, we’re very restricted, but sometimes I do something that makes my HR shoot up to 130 and I know it’s gonna fuck me the next day or potentially make me worse baseline wise, how do we cope w just putting down everything? Like I have had binge eating problems in the past and when I do it now I FEEL IT killing my energy
