my new female teil

got this sweet baby less than 12 hours ago, i noticed a problem with her feathers, should i be be concerned this is more than a plucking problem? seems like it’s more around her neck area and maybe her tummy? the feathers thing could be from old cage mates knowing how the stores are around here. i just need to know if this might be something my other teil could catch once they share the same cage when they’re used to eachother good thing is, she stepped up already, she’s eating and drinking, and preening herself here and there
