Please Help

Hi so I am in a situation where I am dealing with bad mental health issues and so overwhelmed with my classes especially one of the classes that I won't be able to pass as time goes on. I also missed the drop deadline without a penalty so now only will I have W on my transcript but also I will be part time. How screwed am I? I am so dame depressed. They awarded me like 2,400 so on top of maybe paying the class back, will they ask for some of the money back and I know this might also affect my future grants.
