Has quitting gluten made you lose weight ?

I’ve lost a bit of weight since quitting gluten a few months ago after figuring out that it gave me brain fog. I should also mention that I quit intense exercise as well due to an injury and only do walks sometimes.

I still eat junk food like potato chips, chocolate and ice cream, I don’t restrict myself at all when it comes to food anymore. But somehow I’ve still lost weight, some of my clothes now fit better and my face looks slimmer.

I’ve found that I don’t enjoy food as much as I used to, and I also don’t think about it constantly. But I’ve literally struggled with my weight since I was about 10 years old and even after going to the gym and trying to be as active as possible, trying to have a good diet etc, nothing worked until I quit gluten.
