435 and state line entrance ramp

anyone know what happened on the entrance ramp/St. Joseph parking lot? There were like 4 cops on the entrance ramp and then when we drove by there were at least 10 more in the parking lot and just this one car off the road with no cracks or what looks like damage. just being nosy lol seems like a lot of cops
