First time find!

I've been a tech for 2 years now in a mid size hospital, and this is the first time I've ever seen these! I still recognized them as the crystals of death immediately. The really surprising part is this patient is actually stable in the ICU! Sorry I couldn't get a better picture (they were far greener in person) but I still wanted to share :)
