RTX 4090 undervolting is just insane

I booted up avowed last night at 3440x1440 and tested undervolt vs +0/+0 100% power limit (so, stock)

I've had this Gigayte Gaming OC 4090 for over 2 years. I have always just run an 80% power limit. I had no idea it could be so efficient and still pull almost the same FPS. It did not introduce any stuttering or weird 1% .1% lows either, but then again I am using pretty much the best CPU you can. YMMV
