Preexisting condition question

I’m suspicious that my cat has diabetes. I got insurance for her two months ago. If I bring her to the vet and she gets a diagnosis of diabetes will they consider it preexisting? Will they try to say she probably had it prior to me getting insurance coverage on her? Even if symptoms only started last week?
