Marriage advice?

We are middle-aged folks looking to get married in September. No giant extravaganza, just her and I. Her first marriage was in a court house; I'd like to give her something special as a ceremony this time. No family/friends coming, but something sweet and awesome on an afternoon where we can betrothe without much fuss in a place neither of us have ever been.
