Going to rehab but scared

I’m going to rehab for Kratom, I’ve been accepted , but won’t be until a few months. I’m excited to get off this drug, but I am very scared about the withdrawals and being stuck somewhere I can’t relieve them. Do they provide relief for the withdrawal symptoms? I have chronic pain and genuinely cannot deal with how bad the withdrawal becomes. It’s so painful. Do they give any medicine to help? Someone mentioned they might give suboxone, does that help with the withdrawal? It’s the only thing that’s making me not want to go.
