In what cities are cafes open the latest?

There was another post that made me think of this. I love being at a cafe at 1am. There's been very few cities where I could do this. A cafe/bar type of place that still serves coffee also is great. I just don't drink but I love wandering the streets at night and going someplace to have a coffee and late night conversation. I've heard Seoul has cafes open late or at least they previously did. I once saw a cafe open till 2am in Amman. Other places?
