40k raise to RTO

Would you take it? But you have to go from paying 700 in rent to 2500 plus transportation/gas/etc. job security is good/company is stable/ opportunity for growth. But my gut tells me it’s not worth it for my lifestyle anymore. It would also require moving cross country. I am struggling with a decision but I know this is personal depending on each person’s unique situation. Very nervous about the job market at the moment if I turn it down..
