How to report a hate crime from abroad (non-swede)

Hello,

I am from outside of Sweden and do not speak the language so would be grateful for any help.

I would like to report an individual who openly calls for the genocide of ethnic groups, fundraises for militias and propagates hate via their social media pages (primarily Facebook and YouTube).

I have made several reports to google/Facebook without any luck. The challenge is that the content posted is not in English or Swedish but a language of my home country (Ethiopia). Therefore, it somehow goes under the radar for social media moderators and Swedish authorities I assume.

From my research, it seems like this individual is in clear breach of Swedish law. They claimed asylum in Sweden claiming to escape violence and are now the ones promoting it.
