Need help restoring chats from an expired Teams free trial

Hi,

I had a work/business trial for Microsoft Teams (while I created it with a personal gmail, it seems like I can only access it now from the work/business version of Teams). I received an email stating it expired on February 1st, but I heard from one of the support agents that for he work/business trial, there may be things (chats I'm hoping) that can still be restored within 90 days, before everything gets purged.

I've spent several hours across the past few days with various support agents who seem to not really know how I'd be able to restore anything. One mentioned that perhaps someone on their side had access to backend, but when asking other agents they said they didn't really know what that was. I have been able to access the admin "onmicrosoft" email for my teams, which has allowed me to reach the "admin.cloud.microsoft" or "admin.microsoft" pages. Under home --> my products, I do see my teams trial with a subscription status deleted status next to it. However, from the active groups section, I seem to be able to create channels in the teams group.

Anyone had any luck with this before? I've tried to export my data from privacy.teams.live, but that didn't seem to work either. Support agents keep passing me back and forth and to that automated phone line, I just wish I could reach someone who had a bit more technical knowledge.

Any tips/help would mean the world to me. Thank you.
