Is there any way of changing not the very bottom or top layer pattern, but the one inner? 2,3rd layer pattern for example in prusa slicer?

Over extrusion on the inner corners on the top and bottom layers, warping and adhesion issues, there is a natural fillet on the first layer corners (huge warping on every side)

Would this work hypothetically? I modelled the aluminum extrusions in custom lengths and planning to DIY the skeleton of the setup by buying some aluminum and cutting them. Is there anything i should improve?
