Brushes help. The pink worked well when he was shedding but now only picks up hair when I part his top coat and dig into the undercoat. The green one just rips the hair. The yellow picks up lots when I part the hair first but Im worried it just ripping it out. Should I part first? My Brushes okay?

The USA puts tarriffs on other countries, why doesn't the exporting country charge duties on USA exports first? Would it choke supply to the USA and increase supply to competitors and cause the USA to relax tarriffs? Does the exporting country depend on that US income so much?
