Can someone explain to me how to determine the depth of the inlet from these two pictures? I understand that RIM is the surface elevation and INV is the elevation of the inside bottom of the pipe. But where do I find the information on the depth of the inlet? Thanks.

How can I get fios for a new construction? Availability checker says not available. But the next house has it and the entire block has it. The pole is on the opposite side of the street. Spoke with CS, was told to leave phone number so I will be notified if service becomes available in the future.
