Wilting day after using fertilizer

Vet gave my 5 year old cat a new diet. My mom thinks it’s crazy.

I sowed seeds outside in small planters. I put a few in the same one so I can be sure they germinated. Am I able to separate and repot them once they sprout so they don’t get stuck, or do I wait for true leaves ?
